In 1998 Pavel founded the SPORT INVEST agency. He helped Petr Čech into the world of top football and also represented other members of the national team – Štajner, Jarošík, Šimák and Suchý. He also played a crucial role in the success of the triple Olympic speed-skating champion, Martina Sáblíková. After a four-year break he is returning to sport full of enthusiasm.
